Pricing for our services will be detailed in the service agreement. Payments are due as per the terms specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
GPL Contractors offers warranties on certain services and products as specified in the service agreement. We are not liable for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, misuse of products, or failure to follow our recommended maintenance procedures.
Customers are responsible for providing access to the site where services are to be performed, ensuring the site is safe and free from hazards, and securing any necessary permits or permissions required for the services.
